I have purchased and serviced many Ford vehicles from 5-Star Ford NRH over the years. Service is always a great experience. I bought a Blue Certified 2024 Expedition and service located one rattle in the rear hatch that should have been repaired before I bought it in mid-December, 2025. I will need to schedule another service call to correct the remaining rattle in the right rear. I am sure they will find it and correct the problem. They always have been an excellent service provider.
We had an amazing experience from walking in the door to walking out with our new car. Kevin was incredible and made us feel at home throughout the process. It’s hard to beat the best dealership with the most vehicles and the nicest people!
