What customers say about ford explorer
I bought a truck from Casey Irons at 5 Star Ford. He’s an Exceptional Young Man. A Real Asset to your company. Because of him, my wife and I will definitely be repeat customers
I have purchased and serviced many Ford vehicles from 5-Star Ford NRH over the years. Service is always a great experience. I bought a Blue Certified 2024 Expedition and service located one rattle in the rear hatch that should have been repaired before I bought it in mid-December, 2025. I will need to schedule another service call to correct the remaining rattle in the right rear. I am sure they will find it and correct the problem. They always have been an excellent service provider.
Absolute best Ford dealership in all of Texas. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Kevin was exceptional and made buying a breeze. Highly recommend coming here first to avoid any headaches and to get the best deal possible.
Five Star Ford North Richland Hills is the best! Thanks you...
Best service department in dfw. Communication is always great, and anytime there is a lengthy repair we are placed in a loaner. No other ford dealership takes care of their customers the same way.
