2 years later and I still have my 2023, but decided my husband needed a major upgrade. Having always made the sacrifice for me and both our boys by giving the best vehicles to us he's always driven the older vehicles or gone without all together. His current truck is a 2009 F250, by far the newest to call his own. As of today, his new to him truck is a 2022 F350 that John Hilsinger sold us. So happy for him. He definitely deserves it! Thanks again John for doing your thing!!! 3 more years gone by and it's time for a new ride. Today we upgraded our 2020 F150 to a new 2023 F150. Yes, we used John H. again because he knows his business and he knows us. I had already looked at the inventory on line through their website. I told John what we wanted and he pulled the same truck up that I was thinking about. Drove it. Bought it! Thanks John for always being on your "5-Star" game!! The following was a review I posted 6 years ago. My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle. You see, my husband has worked for FORD since 1990 so we know most of these vehicles. I did my research on what amenities I wanted and how much we were willing to pay. John was kind enough to come quickly to the sales showroom when he noticed all the new car sales people were busy with other customers. We had tons of questions and if John didn't have the answer he immediately got the answer for us. There were some issues with our home dealership so we did the next best thing by going to Five Star Ford. This was the first time we had purchased outside of our home dealership and will be back for our next purchase! I even called the dealership to speak with John and he answered, his cell phone! This guy won't miss your call since he forwards his calls to where ever he is. John walked us through all the electronic amenities on our New Explorer. There is even a class to take on Saturday's for more understanding. Tut was our finance guy. Funny does not begin to describe his personality. We laughed until our sides hurt. He was very informative and helpful with keeping our budget in mind. These guys were amazing and showed extreme empathy for our frustration in dealing with our home dealership. I will be referring anyone in need of a vehicle to Five Star Ford! Thanks for the bottom of my heart. I don't even let my husband drive my new Ford Explorer lol.

I appreciated the responsiveness of my salesperson Jason Howell and his patience to address pricing questions, and make pricing adjustments, as necessary. I also appreciated the dealership approach of not inflating the prices of vehicles in stock, by adding dealer add ons, that a consumer may or may not be interested in. Additionally, from a relationship management perspective, the dealership should know that follow up emails, all related to a transaction that occurred literally decades later, matter. I purchased a vehicle from Five Star Ford NRH over a decade ago, and Five Star Ford NRH remained in touch, all these years, via occasional emails. When I was in the market for another Ford, I thought of recent emails the Ford CRM had sent me wishing me "Happy Birthday", and started perusing the website for the truck that I was in pursuit of.

I've been "service" shopping for my 2024 Mustang GT since I bought it back in October 2024. Finally found one I'll be returning to! Great service, great pricing, great people. Love the no pressure but informative process. Very timely as well!
