2 years later and I still have my 2023, but decided my husband needed a major upgrade. Having always made the sacrifice for me and both our boys by giving the best vehicles to us he's always driven the older vehicles or gone without all together. His current truck is a 2009 F250, by far the newest to call his own. As of today, his new to him truck is a 2022 F350 that John Hilsinger sold us. So happy for him. He definitely deserves it! Thanks again John for doing your thing!!! 3 more years gone by and it's time for a new ride. Today we upgraded our 2020 F150 to a new 2023 F150. Yes, we used John H. again because he knows his business and he knows us. I had already looked at the inventory on line through their website. I told John what we wanted and he pulled the same truck up that I was thinking about. Drove it. Bought it! Thanks John for always being on your "5-Star" game!! The following was a review I posted 6 years ago. My husband and I were looking for a specific vehicle. You see, my husband has worked for FORD since 1990 so we know most of these vehicles. I did my research on what amenities I wanted and how much we were willing to pay. John was kind enough to come quickly to the sales showroom when he noticed all the new car sales people were busy with other customers. We had tons of questions and if John didn't have the answer he immediately got the answer for us. There were some issues with our home dealership so we did the next best thing by going to Five Star Ford. This was the first time we had purchased outside of our home dealership and will be back for our next purchase! I even called the dealership to speak with John and he answered, his cell phone! This guy won't miss your call since he forwards his calls to where ever he is. John walked us through all the electronic amenities on our New Explorer. There is even a class to take on Saturday's for more understanding. Tut was our finance guy. Funny does not begin to describe his personality. We laughed until our sides hurt. He was very informative and helpful with keeping our budget in mind. These guys were amazing and showed extreme empathy for our frustration in dealing with our home dealership. I will be referring anyone in need of a vehicle to Five Star Ford! Thanks for the bottom of my heart. I don't even let my husband drive my new Ford Explorer lol.

4/9/2026 another good experience. Same as what I wrote below. And I find there Prices are competitive. I want my Ford car maintained by Ford and they make it easy for me to do just that! I trust 5*Ford NRH, they have always met my requirements for quality service. 12/2025, another good experience. Same as what I wrote below. Another good experience I've moved and would like to find a closer place for routine maintenance. I have tested a few closer places (even another ford dealer) but i haven't found a place that I can replace you with. We keep coming back because scheduling is easy, timely and the work performed by mechanics has always held up and been right the first time. The waiting room is comfortable but all areas I see are always clean and shiny, even the maintenance area when I have had a chance to see in there, is clean and well organized. All the employees I encounter are always nice and accommodating. A year before Every part was a good experience, checking in, waiting, service progress updates and payment. I experienced happy friendly knowledgeable staff, comfortable clean waiting room while waiting for the shuttle, easy check out all creating a happy satisfied customer, me. Why was it good. 1. You get a dedicated eager associate to manage your repair, keep you updated on the progress and make sure your shuttle is handled. 2. They have an awesome shuttle service and drive you home in a nice Ford vehicle while they do the work and then pick you up when the work is completed.

Jordan Maupin and Logan Garza could not have done a better job in addressing any and all questions I had when researching my vehicle, demonstrating all features of the vehicle and delivery of my certified pre-owned vehicle in like new condition. Once the sales price was agreed upon, all paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. If you haven't considered 5 Star Ford NRH when planning your next car purchase, you definitely should.
