Sales department is great! But the service department goes above ans beyond, great communication and very genuine people! Especially Joe Fitzsimmons he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. I told my family about the great service, so you just gained three F 250 customers. Thank you, this is the best ford dealer in Texas.

Five Star Ford completely exceeded my expectations! Ken McLemore reached out within an hour of my Friday inquiry and had me set up for a Saturday morning appointment. Even though my vehicle had to be picked up from another location, Ken made the whole process seamless. He was patient while I went back and forth between two cars and never made me feel rushed. Then, doing finance with Tut ("The Tutman Experience") was genuinely fun and so easy, he is a total gem! I arrived at 9:00 AM and was driving away by 1:00 PM. Ken and Tut made this the best car leasing experience ever. If you’re thinking about Five Star Ford, just do it!

I had an intermittent issue with my truck, so the team at Five Star had to work patiently to discover it - but they did! While they had my vehicle, they also provided me with a loaner, which helped my family a lot. If you need to have your vehicle serviced, make sure to request that Joe Fitzsimmons be your Service Advisor!
