No one does better service than 5 Star Ford. Their excellent service is a major reason why I have been a repeat customer for over 20 years. I just bought another vehicle - what a great deal!

Brandon is a fantastic service advisor! Met me at my truck at the time of my appointment, walked me through all my options, and kept me updated on my vehicle's status. Very professional and personable; a great ambassador of the Five Star brand! Update for most recent service; Brandon Johnson continues to be a fantastic service advisor! Kept me up to date on my truck, even got me in on short notice when I had an emergency issue. Brandon explained everything in terms I could understand and helped me narrow down my options and got my truck back to me faster than expected. Brandon is great! Brandon Johnson came through once again! Took my truck in for routine service. He was able to get me in on short notice, and got my truck back to me before promised! That's important to me as I was waiting at the dealership. Brandon also let me know about a potential recall and explained everything to me clearly. My wife and son also have Ford vehicles and I always send them to Brandon and he takes great care of them as well.

The service I've received in the past and continue to receive has always been great. I really appreciate my service rep. Shyla, they have been great to work with and kept in touch throughout the process.

Our sales guy Kevin knocked it out of the park! I tried to give over 10 different ford locations my business, but Kevin was the one who earned our trust and respect! We drove from an hour away in Van Alstyne due to his willingness to help us out. You will get a great experience buying through Kevin! I have been dealing with Sam Pack Five Star Ford for a Loong time!! My first used car was bought back when they were on Precinct line in Hurst. Since then, we have bought six new vehicles at this location on Rufe Smow and 820. They continue to earn our business
