A touch sentimental here, however, these old Fords need special people that care about them. New or Old, Ron and James are the ones to count on. The staff is very cool all the way around the establishment. Hospitality, Value and Humanity still live and breathe here. Tough combination to beat at any pitch 💥⚾️💨. Josh in service department took great care of me. Kept me very informed. This is my second experience using Josh and he does an outstanding job with communication and goes that extra mile for the customer.

Jordan was phenomenal! Best car salesman I’ve ever had! Super knowledgeable and was willing to put in the time and effort into getting us what we wanted! Ended up leaving with a great deal and a fantastic truck! Mike from finance was also amazing! Have leased my last few cars through Five Star and Marisa is always great to work with and makes the whole process very easy, from looking at my current lease and going through all of the options on what to lease next. Kyron Christopher was my service advisor when my low tire pressure light came on. He has a fantastic attitude and kept me informed throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop.

This was the first dealership I have been to that was not pushy and allowed me to take my time in making a decision on my next F150. Ollie seemed to know everything about the F150s and all the bells and whistles that came in the various models. It took me 6 months to make a decision but throughout that period I was not being nagged by anyone and I appreciate that. In the end the F150 Limited won. I am a happy camper.
