Had an issue come up with my truck while on vacation with my family. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to get my issue diagnosed and resolved very quick as well. Great service all around and communicated very well with updates.

I’ve bought a few vehicles from Five Star Ford over the years and have always had good experiences. I’ve also worked in the motorcycle business for about 10 years, so I’m familiar with how these things usually go. My most recent purchase was the first real issue I’ve ever had with them. The truck I bought had a problem with the interior condition. I was honestly pissed and brought it straight back. The team at Five Star Ford handled it professionally and with no bullshit. They took care of the problem with no hassle, and that’s what matters. Because of how they handled it, I will continue to buy all my vehicles from them. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Service. Andy was my service advisor. I had a check engine light that I could not figure out. They replaced a part and had it ready to go the same day. Unfortunately the code came back. It happens. Five Star made it right. They kept my vehicle and put me in a brand new loaner. It took some time and diagnosing with Ford but they isolated the likely cause and replaced that part for free since the initial fix wasn't it. Andy kept me updated every step of the way.

I can't say enough good things about Kyron. My panoramic roof was leaking and while it took some time to find the problem, Kyron stayed in touch to keep me informed of the progress. Thanks to Kyron and the Service Technician who checked several times to make sure the roof no longer leaked before they returned my truck.

Brandon explained everything in terms I could understand and helped me narrow down my options and got my truck back to me faster than expected. Brandon is great! Brandon Johnson came through once again! Took my truck in for routine service. He was able to get me in on short notice, and got my truck back to me before promised! That's important to me as I was waiting at the dealership. Brandon also let me know about a potential recall and explained everything to me clearly. My wife and son also have Ford vehicles and I always send them to Brandon and he takes great care of them as well.
