Long time buyer and Five Star Ford pusher, I tell everyone buying a truck that they need to go see Preston and Justin! First time experience with the service department and Andy delivered big time! Quoted a month for repair of a shifter due to backorderd part, they were done in a week, not sure what magic he worked but he got it done! You need to have golf carts available! That walk on a hill was stupidly uncomfortable at my age in this heat I realize this is the owners oversight! But the salesman was great he came in on his day off to help find a vehicle that should of been in stock . Preston was great Mike was thorough.
