My boy Alfred was incredible. I'm blown away with how diligent he was to ensure I got what I needed and not just what I wanted. He listen and meticulously found a car that made sense with my budget and everything included. That man deserves a raise as he has also helped my father with 6 vehicles, my brother with 1, and my nana with 1. He's a friend of the family 🫡

Five Star is the perfect name for this Ford dealership location. I called late morning, and Taylor was very accommodating advising us to bring in my car by the cut off time in order for the repairs to get completed same day. Romaldo and his team took full ownership of the recall repairs, keeping us updated throughout the day, and ultimately completing the repairs 2 hours ahead of expected time. I also appreciate the team taking the time to provide awareness and quotes for additional repairs that my car needed. I will definitely return and advise others to visit Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills.
