Shayla Hopkins was my advisor on my last visit and she kept me updated sent the shuttle to pick me up and was over all professional and with quality service she earned the 5 star review thank you.

We called the dealership to inquire about a car we saw online. Had the fortunate luck to get Kevin as the salesman who answered the call. From start to finish, Kevin was thorough, communicative and polite. Needless to say, the next day we were out there purchasing the vehicle. If you are in need of a car, Kevin and Five Star Ford makes it easy, beneficial and definitely " worth it".

Kept truck 2 days handed me paperwork and I cannot tell if anything was done to the vehicle ! Rear camera does not work still nor did they provide me with conversation on alternatives or if a camera could be purchased ! Disappointed in lack of conversation from 5 Star Staff on repairs or lack there of. Kept it 2 days .....pulled it up stating it was ready left paper work in the vehicle and pointed to it stating its parked over there !!

Very professional experience. Everyone was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Never felt pressured into buying something I wasn’t ready for. It’s a very calm experience. Nothing felt rushed. They earned my business from here on out.

Five Star Ford provides excellent service. Was kept up to date with the vehicle service and vehicle was ready before time.

5 it was a great experience ! It to a long time to get my trims back on my car . But Crystal Bailey took care of me ! She got me in the next day & Brandon & Lymie took over . Thomas was a great driver to shuttle me home and picking me up again . It was a great experience and treated me like family !
