5 Star Ford was amazing. Our salesman joe kept us up-to-date from day one once we received the car we drove it for a couple of days and the engine light came on. We contacted joe and he immediately sent a wrecker out and kept us up-to-date every day until the car was returned. I will definitely recommend 5 Star Ford and joe to all my family and friends. Had been using a Ford dealership in Burleson for vehicle maintenance, but after some horrible experiences I have started looking for new locations. After taking my truck in for a recall fix, I have now found it. Andy, quoted me a time the vehicle would be finished, but had the truck completed ahead of schedule.

Great buying experience Carlos Hernandez and Brieanna did awesome very professional and worked very hard to help me buy my 2026 F-150 also a big shout out to my finance guy Mike Schumann made the whole process with financing a breeze they all worked so hard for this Army veteran I couldn’t believe it thank yall and the whole Five Star team !!!!!!!
