My son’s f150 needed repair for a recall. My wife tried 3 times and I tried once to set up an appointment at another dealer, but could never get a call back. I decided to call Five Star Ford since I bought my latest f150 from them (also a fantastic experience). Not only did they immediately set up the repair appointment for the next day, but also offered it via their mobile unit that came to my home. Jackson, the service tech, was great. He was on time, explained the entire process, and took care of the recall quickly. I cannot recommend Five Star Ford enough!

Just bought a 2026 F150 stx 4x4. I HATE dealerships and their schemes so I came in already knowing what I wanted as I had shopped around online. 5 Star had the best deals and reviews in the area and now I see why. Brieanna was awesome and I will be recommending her to all my friends. Still dislike dealerships, but 5 Star NRH has earned my business and trust.
