Service department has done exactly what they said they would do and in the amount of time they said they would complete. Very happy with the service department, best that I have been to compared to others. Andy was my advisor and he was great throughout.

Bought a truck there this week and I would that it was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I normally dread going to the dealership and spending hours sitting around waiting and negotiating. That wasn’t the case here. Carlos came right out with a great offer for my trade in and the new purchase that I was buying that it made it too easy. Very nice dealership and I’ll keep using them as long as I’m on the area.

Got the recall repair done, along with a rental car while it was in the shop. Overall I have been pleased with process and the quality of the work performed. I would recommend the service department to anyone, Ford or otherwise.

I was pleased with the service experience recently on my Mustang Mach 1. It is a high performance car, so I am careful about who works on it. I got right in at my appointment time. Brandon was professional and friendly. He was “on top of it,” having read the detailed notes from my online appointment reservation. I had an involved request to have an oil sample from the oil change to be taken. He communicated with the technician, and it was accomplished! Shana was efficient and friendly at the check out. There's a good reason it's called "Five Star" Ford! Thank you Brandon, Shana, and Five Star Ford!

Logan Garza was a great! He made the whole experience so much less intimidating, and he was informative and kind. Overall, a good buying experience!

Gracie is wonderful! she is our new service advisor since Caleb moved. I got a chance to talk to one of the techs and he was very informative and helpful. Again 5 star!!! service which is why we drive past 4 other Ford dealerships to come to you. We have been coming here since 2019 and we have had great service both on the sales side and on the service side all the way through the cashier desk and getting rides to and from our home. GREAT TEAM!!!!!

On time and what I asked for. Oil change and tires rotated

Dropped my Ecosport off on Friday morning to fix the open recall. They said it would take 3 to 4 days to fix. Luckily a rental was provided by Ford. I received a call yesterday afternoon it was ready. Picked it up with no problem. Staff was friendly & very helpful.
