I’ve bought a few vehicles from Five Star Ford over the years and have always had good experiences. I’ve also worked in the motorcycle business for about 10 years, so I’m familiar with how these things usually go. My most recent purchase was the first real issue I’ve ever had with them. The truck I bought had a problem with the interior condition. I was honestly pissed and brought it straight back. The team at Five Star Ford handled it professionally and with no bullshit. They took care of the problem with no hassle, and that’s what matters. Because of how they handled it, I will continue to buy all my vehicles from them. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Service. Andy was my service advisor. I had a check engine light that I could not figure out. They replaced a part and had it ready to go the same day. Unfortunately the code came back. It happens. Five Star made it right. They kept my vehicle and put me in a brand new loaner. It took some time and diagnosing with Ford but they isolated the likely cause and replaced that part for free since the initial fix wasn't it. Andy kept me updated every step of the way.
