Five Star Ford took excellent care of my F‑150. I used their pickup and drop‑off service, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. Jacob, Kyron, and Cindy went above and beyond with their service — professional, communicative, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find a team that delivers this level of customer care. Highly recommend.

Our sales guy Kevin knocked it out of the park! I tried to give over 10 different ford locations my business, but Kevin was the one who earned our trust and respect! We drove from an hour away in Van Alstyne due to his willingness to help us out. You will get a great experience buying through Kevin! I have been dealing with Sam Pack Five Star Ford for a Loong time!! My first used car was bought back when they were on Precinct line in Hurst. Since then, we have bought six new vehicles at this location on Rufe Smow and 820. They continue to earn our business
