I highly recommend five star Ford in North Richland Hills. I have bought several vehicles from them. My sales man Alfred was phenomenal. Explained everything even down to the finance people go see them and purchase your next vehicle and don’t forget to ask for Alfred!

Alfred went out of his way to help us and management find a solution and Mike in finances who stayed on it for hours to get it approved

I had Joe, Jason, and Mike help me out with my new purchase. They took great care of me, from getting the vechile I needed to getting through with finance. Couldn’t ask for a better shopping experience.

Had an issue come up with my truck while on vacation with my family. Was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to get my issue diagnosed and resolved very quick as well. Great service all around and communicated very well with updates.
