This was my third purchase at 5-Star Ford over the past eight years. All the personnel that I dealt with have been straight forward and professional. Business was conducted in a timely manner and I was satisfied with trade in values and sales price including incentives of the vehicles that I purchased.

I would like to highly recommend Five Star Ford for providing excellent service for the Ford Mustang. Very courteous and friendly. The service consultant was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the car.

Great communication and timely repairs. Transparent about estimated times for diagnostics and repairs which allow me to plan accordingly. Shuttle service was very convenient.

My service writer Josh was ready for my appointment. Josh kept me updated while my car was in for service. My Escape was done earlier than expected. Check out was quick. Great experience! I will be back for my next service.
