Five Star Ford completely exceeded my expectations! Ken McLemore reached out within an hour of my Friday inquiry and had me set up for a Saturday morning appointment. Even though my vehicle had to be picked up from another location, Ken made the whole process seamless. He was patient while I went back and forth between two cars and never made me feel rushed. Then, doing finance with Tut ("The Tutman Experience") was genuinely fun and so easy, he is a total gem! I arrived at 9:00 AM and was driving away by 1:00 PM. Ken and Tut made this the best car leasing experience ever. If you’re thinking about Five Star Ford, just do it!

Acted on the recall correctly. Got the work done in a acceptable amount of time. Was able to get a loaner while truck being serviced so I could continue with my life. Pickup and drop off was efficient.

I needed some recall adjustments made and the Check Charging System light kept coming on! They made the recalls and it turned out to be low voltage from the battery that they promptly replaced under warranty! It was all done sooner than anticipated!!
