They fixed everything correctly the first time. Polite and helpful staff. The ability to communicate by text with me was very helpful. Update: Traded in that car and got a new Explorer. Preston was my salesman and he was excellent. He is the only guy I'll go to now to purchase a car! Had my first oil change and everyone was helpful! Great experience.

Everyone was nice, helpful. Sales will assist you with issues after the purchase, and will contact you to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and answer questions, and will send you videos with how to do things with your vehicle you need to understand.
Henry as our salesman was amazing going above and beyond to ensure that we got taken care of and to make our experience a memorable one. We had a terrible experience at another Ford dealership but this by far made up for it. Not to mention how great how easy it was to deal with your finance manager who was honest and straightforward. We will be back next year to purchase another car.

Couldn’t be happier with our latest new car purchase from Lee at 5 Star Ford. Easy process, no haggling or back and forth. In and out quick, even after test driving a bunch of vehicles. Will continue to buy my vehicles from Lee and recommend my friends to contact him. Update Sep 2026: Purchased another vehicle from Lee, and once again, exceptional service and and easy process. Test drove multiple vehicles, and trim levels of a few before we decided on one. No pressure sales, love this place!
