As a Veteran I have met lots of people purchase several new cars. 5 star was by far the absolute best experience i have had. Daisy was very patient, kind, answered all my questions. She looked me straight in the eyes but most of all no pressure to buy. Mr. Tut in finance was patient answered all my questions showed me explained to more than once with patient and kindness. He was professional but very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy from 5 star. Also the cleanest Dealership i been to.

I was in the area so I walked in to schedule oil change and to add a door remote. I wouldn’t suggest this. I got passed around to 4 people before someone from a back office came up and took my info and scheduled the oil change. I then had to go across to the main building to schedule getting the door remote done. As far as the service being performed as requested and in a timely manner, very well done. Knocked a star ‘cause of the initial run-around.

This Service to perform required maintenance activities went very smooth and done in a very timely manner. From the Service Advisor to the Cashier all personnel were very friendly, supportive and helpful.
