​I recently brought in my 2017 Ford C-Max Energi for a major milestone service, including a full engine tune-up, transmission service, brake fluid flush, fuel system and throttle body service, oil change, and filters. ​The service team did a thorough job from top to bottom, checking out my suspension and making sure everything was mechanically sound without pushing unnecessary repairs. A big shoutout to my service advisor, Nick Hernandez, who did an outstanding job keeping me updated every step of the way throughout the two-day process. It’s rare to find this level of honesty, thoroughness, and great communication in auto service. Highly recommend working with Nick and the team!

Josh in service department took great care of me. Kept me very informed. This is my second experience using Josh and he does an outstanding job with communication and goes that extra mile for the customer.

Jordan was phenomenal! Best car salesman I’ve ever had! Super knowledgeable and was willing to put in the time and effort into getting us what we wanted! Have leased my last few cars through Five Star and Marisa is always great to work with and makes the whole process very easy, from looking at my current lease and going through all of the options on what to lease next. The finance dept is also great to work with and helps the whole process go smoothly. Always great service and highly recommend them!

Kyron Christopher was my service advisor when my low tire pressure light came on. He has a fantastic attitude and kept me informed throughout the time my vehicle was in the shop.

This was the first dealership I have been to that was not pushy and allowed me to take my time in making a decision on my next F150. Ollie seemed to know everything about the F150s and all the bells and whistles that came in the various models. It took me 6 months to make a decision but throughout that period I was not being nagged by anyone and I appreciate that. In the end the F150 Limited won. I am a happy camper.
