Reviews for Five Star Ford North Richland Hills · page 58

I have purchased 4 vehicles with Hector, and each experience has been outstanding! As a female, sometimes buying a vehicle can be difficult due to the misconception that females don't know anything about buying cars. I have NEVER had that experience working with Hector or anyone at Five Star in NRH. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealership

Juan Nicolalde was great I recomend 5 Star Ford to all my friends and family.

Juan Rodriguez was awesome, dedicated, professional, the most honest salesman we have ever dealt with. The finance department was efficient and we received all the benefits offered by no other dealership. Thank you for your support and honestly, best in Dallas and surrounding area. We saved over $10,900. at the Richland Hills dealership and we have been looking for the F 150 for almost a year! So, thank you!

I had another excellent experiance buying from 5 Star Ford. The team that helped through the whole process was Great.

Jordan Maupin and Logan Garza could not have done a better job in addressing any and all questions I had when researching my vehicle, demonstrating all features of the vehicle and delivery of my certified pre-owned vehicle in like new condition. Once the sales price was agreed upon, all paperwork took less than 15 minutes to complete. If you haven't considered 5 Star Ford NRH when planning your next car purchase, you definitely should.

I was treated very well and they found me a truck meeting what I wanted and made sure it was within what I wanted to spend.

Andy was awesome thanks Andy. You’re the best.

Ken is awesome. Thank you for all your help.

Once again I found myself at Sam Pack’s 5 Star Ford in No Richland Hills. This time to trade in my Bronco Sport Big Bend to a lease on an upgraded Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Not only did I end up on the right side of my trade in, I was also able to add ceramic window tint and a hitch. If you’re ready for exceptional service, then I highly recommend you see Gary at Sam Packs 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills, TX. Everyone I spoke to was eager to please, kind and courteous.

So happy with the customer service Jason the best advice ever thank you for your service
